Teddi Krochman

40 Over 40 Honoree & Cultural Curator

Teddi Krochman is a pillar of Chicago’s vintage fashion scene, best known for her work as the visionary curator at Richard’s Fabulous Finds. For years, she has brought stories to life through clothing, transforming the boutique into a beloved destination for stylists, artists, and everyday fashion lovers alike.

With an unmatched eye for detail and a fierce commitment to authenticity, Teddi has helped generations of women rediscover their confidence through personal style. She is not only a tastemaker but a nurturer of creative community — often mentoring younger artists and advocating for self-expression at every age.

Teddi embodies what it means to evolve with style, grace, and grit. Her impact in Chicago’s fashion and creative spaces is undeniable, and her presence in the Forty Over 40 campaign honors the legacy she continues to build — one garment, one conversation, and one woman at a time.

Delphine Pontvieux is a French-born, Chicago-based renaissance woman whose creative pursuits span acting, writing, painting, and design. She earned recognition on screen with roles in LOL – Laughing Out Loud (2012), Sinister 2 (2015), and most prominently as a recurring board member on the FOX series Empire since around 2015  .
